Acting on behalf of MEPC/Hermes, Adam acted in the pre-letting of 378,000 sq ft to HMRC/NHS Digital; the largest ever pre-letting in Leeds city centre.

Pulling together a creative acquisition by way of assignment of an RSA pre-let, Adam secured incentives well above market norms on behalf of DWP. 51,000 sq ft was acquired.

Representing O&C Asset Management, Adam was pivotal in the re-purposing and re-letting of this former office building into a new state of the art cancer care hospital, operated by Genesis Cancer Care UK Ltd.

Adam acted on behalf of Sheffield City Council in the letting of this new Grade A office building, extending to 100,000 sq ft, to a major public body.

Adam acted on the sale of 31 Wellington Street to Prescient Capital. Subsequently he has advised Prescient on design, funding, marketing and specification of what will be the only new-build speculative office building to start on site in 2026 in Leeds City Centre.

Acting on behalf of Jacobs Consulting Engineers, Adam acquired 16,000 sq ft for their new HQ in Leeds.

Adam advised a major financial services business on the acquisition of their new Newcastle city centre HQ building, relocating them from Gosforth Campus to 52,000 sq ft in 2 Pilgrim Place, Newcastle.

Acting on behalf of Burberry Business Services, Adam relocated this part of the business from Horseferry Road, London, to 6 Queen Street, Leeds, acquiring just over 45,000 sq ft.
